Welcome to the 5 Day Balance Challenge. Below you will find 5 mini routines that get progressively more challenging each day. 

Balancing isn’t something we practice regularly, so it may take you a little while to perfect each routine. It’s ok if you feel a little wobbly to start with. You’ll be surprised how much better your balance gets the more you practice.

Keep repeating the routines below as often as you want until you feel more confident. Stand close to a wall or near a chair so you can hold on if you need to.
