It’s probably no surprise to you, that due to the Coronavirus crisis, all classes have been suspended until further notice.
As many of us maybe spending more time at home in the coming months, I wanted to let you now about my free Pilates videos that I shall be sending out from next week. There will always be a workout at beginner level and also for the more advance, so hopefully you’ll find something suitable.
It’s really important that we keep ourselves physically and mentally healthy during these troubling times, and exercise is a great way to do this.
You will find all of the videos on YouTube. You can subscribe now and get notified when a new workout is added. However, I recommend you join my weekly email newsletter. In there I will give you details about each video and who they are most suitable for.

I would love to share these free videos with as many people as possible, so please feel free to forward this email on to anyone you feel may benefit from some gentle exercise. I mainly work with the over 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, so you can be assured that my videos for beginners are suitable for this age group. It’s surprises me sometimes how fit and active this age group are.
