The session will run at 10.30am on Tuesday 11th August..
It’s ideal for women in their 50s and beyond, who understand the importance of good mobility, strength, suppleness and balance, and want some simple and gentle movements to keep themselves healthy and active.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done Pilates before, as I will take you through all the basics before we start. Please ensure that you are fit and healthy, or if there is anything you feel I should know before the session.
