Welcome to the Total Pilates Movement and Mobility Course.
Over the next four weeks I will be taking you through all the basic exercise and principles of Pilates so that you have a solid foundation to work from, and ensure that you stay safe while exercising.
Please ensure that you work through the exercises sequentially. If you don’t managed to fit all your exercises in during one week, go back and finish that week before moving on to the next week. The basics are really important when you first start Pilates, so please don’t miss any – of course you can watch each video as many time as you need to!
