Join me for a day of Pilates to free yourself from tension and restore your vitality, in the relaxing space of the Cart House at The Fold in Bransford.

About the Wellness Day

Start your day with an invigorating Pilates Wake Up to help restore your energy levels then discover how you can use self-massage techniques to release muscular tension. Following a healthy organic lunch, uncover the importance of resting and calming your mind through meditation techniques, ending your day with a Pilates session that will stretch you from head to toe. There will also be time for you to explore The Fold and if the weather is good, you can also enjoy a peaceful nature trail walk.

Please note that The Wellness Day is not suitable for complete beginners. An understanding of the basic exercises is required.

The Fold is a pioneering centre that promotes sustainable living and healthy lifestyles. The Natural Therapy Centre offers a range of complementary therapies and courses, and The Fold Café serves seasonal and organic food, much of which is produced on The Fold farm. Also, on site is a selection of private studios and shops, producing and selling beautiful crafts, clothes and artwork.

If you have paid in full, a full refund will be given if cancelling before 16th January.

If you have paid in full, a 50% refund will be given if cancelling before 20th February. No refund will be given after this date.
